Weekend orders will be processed the next business day(Monday).
Holiday orders will take additional time depending on which day the Holiday falls, and the schedule of American Honda and our shippers.
All orders placed after 3 P.M. E.S.T. ( Monday through Friday) will not be processed until the following day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
If a part on the order is on backorder the order will be held until full order is complete.
We do not split orders for shipping. All orders will be shipped complete.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 Business Days..
Days in transit start the day the order is completed and ready to ship. During Holiday Season days in transit may be extended.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
Shippers only count Monday to Friday as business days. Saturday and Sunday are not normal delivery days.
We do not ship COD orders.
International / Canadian orders - We cannot ship internationally
We do not have a will call counter so all orders must be shipped
We are not responsible or liable for packages that are shown delivered by the carrier that may have been stolen or delivered elsewhere in error.
Freight shipments must be shipped to a Commerical address.
