Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Process and Handling fee of $2.00 per order
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day(Monday).
  • Holiday orders will take additional time depending on which day the Holiday falls, and the schedule of American Honda and our shippers.
  • All orders placed after 3 P.M. E.S.T. ( Monday through Friday) will not be processed until the following day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 Business Days..
  • UPGRADING TO 2nd Day or Overnight does not mean we ship the day the order is placed.  Days in transit start the day the order is completed and ready to ship.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • Shippers only count Monday to Friday as business days. Saturday and Sunday are not normal delivery days.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • International / Canadian orders - We cannot ship internationally
  • We do not have a will call counter so all orders must be shipped
  • We are not responsible or liable for packages that are shown delivered by the carrier that may have been stolen or delivered elsewhere in error.
