Return and Damage Policy

  • There can be more than one option of fitment it is your responsibility to determine fitment with your installer or mechanic before ordering as we would not be aware of changes made to your vehicle since it was new, some parts also have multiple options please confirm with your mechanic before ordering.
  • All warranty claims on a "defective part" must be diagnosed by a certified Honda technician and can be administered by any Honda dealership.
  • All damaged parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for consideration for return or exchange. Any attempt to repair, or install any part that is received damaged will not refunded.
  • We are not responsible for a part not repairing or fitting the vehicle if it was not diagnosed correctly by yourself or your technician.
  • All returns that don't meet return policy requirements will be immediately scrapped without credit, so make sure you follow the guidelines or email us any questions
  • All interior and exterior body colored parts are special order, and are not returnable.
  • There is no refund on shipping of any returned parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • All parts under $15.00 each are not returnable.
  • No parts are returnable after 14 days of receipt of part by the customer.
  • All cores must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the part by the customer, and be returned in the original packaging.
  • Parts not looked up by the Vehicle Number (VIN) are not returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging without any torn or deformed packaging. All Honda labels in (red) cannot be damaged or off item if returning
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Any shipped items refused at delivery for any reason will not be refunded.

  • We are not responsible or liable for packages that are shown delivered by the carrier that may have been stole of delivered elsewhere in error.
  • We are not responsible for a part not repairing the vehicle if it was not diagnosed correctly by yourself or your technician, including parts that have been previously replaced with a non original equipment component. We only can assist with what belongs on the vehicle.
  • We are not mechanics but a parts wholesaler offering a quality discounted product.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
